The personal data that Cultura Colectiva may collect and process are:

El tratamiento de los datos personales que recogemos sobre usted podría realizarse fuera del EEE. Es posible que otros países en los que sus datos personales sean tratados no ofrezcan la misma protección para sus datos personales como se ofrece en el EEE, sin embargo, es nuestra obligación garantizar que los datos personales que tratamos tanto nosotros como nuestros proveedores fuera del EEE reciban la misma protección que si el tratamiento tuviera lugar dentro del EEE. Cultura Colectiva ha implementado y mantiene medidas con la finalidad de resguardar de la mejor manera la información recibida, se compromete a tratar los datos personales bajo estrictas medidas de seguridad para garantizar su confidencialidad. The Collective Culture code of ethics establishes the main ethical and moral guidelines by which the media is governed. Collective Culture is recognized as part of the new digital media dedicated to the dissemination and promotion of artistic and cultural events in the world, and mainly in Mexico and Latin America.
It assumes the commitment as an information channel and as a content generator that represents a contribution to artistic manifestations in Latin America.
Appealing to the name Collective Culture itself, as a group made up of directors, writers, editors, producers, designers, administrators, assistants and social service providers, it is considered relevant to establish the dynamics that builds the areas of the site and that determine their professional practice for readers through a Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics governs all the members that make up the Collective Culture and their consequent actions towards the site. As well as all areas, social networks and applications that represent the image and content of Collective Culture.
ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF THE MEMBERS THAT MAKE UP THE COLLECTIVE CULTURE

In Collective Culture we integrate the different profiles and training of our collaborators, without making any distinction under any circumstance or condition, to establish a horizontal dialogue between us and with our readers in order to encourage interaction and free access to the information they generate. . The collaborators have total freedom to write, broadcast and give their opinion on the topic they agree on, as long as they substantiate the topics they expose on the site with reliable sources and research.

The collaborators have the responsibility not to fall into any type of discrimination in the way they handle the content of the texts, in addition to ensuring an adequate use of the language according to the current spelling and writing regulations.
It is the responsibility of Cultura Coletiva not to promote violent behavior or that incites public disorder, as well as to avoid the dissemination of images and/or sexual content without prior justification.
GUÍAS ÉTICAS Y MORALES
El código de ética de Cultura Colectiva establece principales guías éticas y morales por las que se rige el medio de comunicación. Cultura Colectiva se reconoce como parte de los nuevos medios digitales avocados a la difusión y promoción del acontecer artístico y cultural en el mundo, y principalmente, en México y Latinoamérica.
Asume el compromiso como un canal de información y como generador de contenido que represente un aporte a las manifestaciones artísticas en Latinoamérica.
Apelando al propio nombre Cultura Colectiva, como un grupo conformado por directivos, redactores, editores, productores, diseñadores, administrativos, asistentes y prestadores de servicio social, se considera relevante establecer la dinámica que construye las áreas del sitio y que determinan su ejercicio profesional para los lectores a través de un Código de Ética.
El Código de Ética rige a todos los miembros que integran Cultura Colectiva y sus consecuentes acciones para con el sitio. Así como a todas las áreas, redes sociales y aplicaciones que representen la imagen y contenidos de Cultura Colectiva.
SOBRE LA CONDUCTA DE LOS MIEMBROS QUE INTEGRAN CULTURA COLECTIVA
Los miembros que integran el equipo de Cultura Colectiva tienen la responsabilidad de manejarse con objetividad e imparcialidad frente a las labores que cada uno desempeña, considerando siempre que su trabajo signifique un aporte para un tercero.
Cultura Colectiva no someterá, bajo ningún interés de externos, su misión como medio de comunicación, y favorecerá en todo momento un ejercicio periodístico libre y objetivo atendiendo los intereses de quienes los consideran fuente de consulta y de entretenimiento cultural.
SOBRE LA INTERCULTURALIDAD Y LA DEMOCRACIA CULTURA
Fomentamos la diversidad en los contenidos sin favorecer alguno sobre otro, pues entendemos los intereses múltiples de los lectores y la dinámica de enriquecimiento mutuo que se genera de la retroalimentación.
En Cultura Colectiva integramos los distintos perfiles y formaciones de nuestros colaboradores, sin hacer distinción bajo ninguna circunstancia o condición, para entablar un diálogo horizontal entre nosotros y con nuestros lectores con el fin de fomentar la interacción y el libre acceso a la información que éstos generan. Los colaboradores tienen total libertad para escribir, emitir y opinar respecto al tema que convengan siempre que fundamenten con fuentes confiables y de investigación los temas que exponen en el sitio.

En Cultura Colectiva aceptamos y respetamos los términos y condiciones establecidos por las diferentes redes sociales a las que estamos suscritos, pues atendemos la legalidad de cada una para el buen cumplimiento de sus objetivos: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google +, Youtube , Linkedin. Cultura Colectiva no se hace responsable de los contenidos y opiniones que los usuarios emitan en cualquiera de las redes sociales del sitio, así como tampoco es su deber eliminar o limitar la participación de los mismos. Es responsabilidad de Cultura Colectiva dirigirse con propiedad y con el debido respeto en su comunicación en redes sociales, sin importar el carácter informal de éstas. Cultura Colectiva asume el compromiso de responder dudas, comentarios y sugerencias emitidos por los usuarios en cualquiera de sus redes sociales, con el objetivo de dar seguimiento a las inquietudes que surjan respecto a los contenidos o dinámicas del medio. NORMATIVIDAD
Los miembros que integran Cultura Colectiva deberán mantenerse al margen de externar opiniones que comprometan la imagen y la postura editorial del medio. Todo comentario realizado fuera del área que compete al sitio es responsabilidad de quien lo emite.
Tanto los contenidos como los miembros de Cultura Colectiva no deberán responder a intereses, bienes o presiones de externos.
Los colaboradores tienen la responsabilidad de informar siempre con la verdad sobre los contenidos que generen, otorgando, de ser el caso, los derechos sobre la información, la imagen, la música, el audiovisual, y otros, a quienes correspondan.
Se respetará el secreto profesional y la identidad de las fuentes, cuando éstas así lo soliciten.
Los colaboradores, y en general, los miembros de Cultura Colectiva no cederán ante provocaciones y altercados propiciados por algún externo, y se manejarán siempre con respeto y tolerancia sobre la diversidad de opiniones.
Cultura Colectiva no se beneficiará, de forma ilícita, con el trabajo de quienes integran su equipo ni de los artistas que conforman su plataforma.
Los colaboradores tienen la responsabilidad de no caer en algún tipo de discriminación en la forma en que manejen el contenido de los textos, además de procurar un uso adecuado del lenguaje de acuerdo a las normas ortográficas y de redacción vigentes.
Es responsabilidad de Cultura Colectiva no fomentar conductas de violencia o que inciten al desorden público, así como evitar la difusión de imágenes y/o contenido sexual sin previa justificación.
